Faculty of Humanities

We believe that our students will need a precious appreciation of cultural values and a firm knowledge of humanities if they are to make appropriate decisions and choices.

The primary goal of the Faculty of Humanities is to ensure the development of students that are competent at thinking, learning how to learn, and putting their thoughts into writing. We help them find answers to the questions that regularly occupy their minds, and that may even sometimes demotivate them, such as “who am I?”, “what kind of a place is this world?”, “what are the main issues of humanity?”, “are there any solutions?”, “is there anything I can do?”, etc.

We aim to equip our students with strong analytical abilities and advanced communication skills, to instill in them the ethical values and knowledge of the history of the land in which they live, and to provide them with the self-confidence they require to shape their futures. To this end, the offered cultural lectures will enable our students to gain an understanding of the ever-changing world in these times of rapid technological development and globalization. Furthermore, our students can build on their academic success by enriching their education with the double major and minor programs offered by our University, and can acquire pedagogical knowledge if they desire to become teachers.
