Our university has successfully completed the interim evaluation process under the Institutional Accreditation Program (KAP) conducted by the Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK), which is carried out by the Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK), passing an important threshold on the way to obtaining full accreditation.
Interim evaluation conducted by YÖKAK Evaluation Team included interviews with university administration, academic and administrative units, students and external stakeholders. In the process, our University's work in the fields of leadership, management and quality assurance system, education, research and development and social contribution was examined with a holistic approach.
The Interim Evaluation Report of the Institutional Accreditation Program prepared after the visit showed that we are very close to the goal of “full accreditation” by revealing the success of our University in quality assurance system, institutional functioning and continuous improvement approach. Ahead of the final decision expected to be announced by the YÖKAK General Assembly in the upcoming process, this report is a record of our corporate development.
This successful picture shows once again that our University is steadfastly maintaining quality standards in higher education, supporting the understanding of development, ranging from education-teaching to research-development, from social contribution to managerial processes, with a strong culture of quality.
