The “Leadership Training” organized by KÜN SEM began with a three-day program for academic and administrative management staff at the Madrasa Building on 26-28 June 2025.
"Leadership Training," organized by Cappadocia University's Continuing Education Center as part of its in-service training program, began on June 26, 2025, in the A1 classroom of the Madrasa Building for our academic administration staff. The training is planned as a three-day program, continuing on June 27-28, 2025, for our administrative staff.
The program, designed for university staff, aims to develop institutional capacity in the areas of leadership and governance. Participants gain comprehensive knowledge and practice in topics such as effective communication, teamwork, decision-making processes, strategic thinking, change management, and establishing a corporate vision.
The face-to-face training is delivered by Ms. Suzan Ünver and Ms. Bilge Topaç, instructors from Baraka Education Consultancy.
Training activities, organized in line with Cappadocia University's institutional development vision, will continue as part of efforts to support qualified human resources and strengthen a sustainable institutional structure.
