TÜSEM Spring Meeting to be Hosted by Our University

TÜSEM Council 2026 Meeting, which brought together directors and academics of continuing education centers from different universities of Turkey, was hosted by Marmara University.

Cansu Zontur, Director of Continuing Education Center (SEM) representing our University, attended the Autumn Meeting 2026 of the Council of Continuing Education Centers of Turkey (TÜSEM), where the development of educational centers, legislative regulations, problems encountered in practice and the development of interuniversity cooperation, was attended by Cansu Zontur, Director of Continuing Education Center (SEM) representing our University.

During the meeting, where evaluations were made on the role played by continuing education centers in line with digital transformation, artificial intelligence, changing labor market needs and micro-competencies, views were shared on the integration of academic knowledge and experiences of universities with different sectors of society and the development of joint education models between institutions.

The TÜSEM Council meetings provide an important meeting ground for the strengthening of experience sharing of continuing education centers and the development of collaborative work areas, while the next spring meeting of the Council is scheduled to be held in May 2027, hosted by our University.
