Module exams in SHT-66 B1.1/B2/A1/A2 categories will be held on the Mustafapaşa and Sabiha Gökçen campuses of our university on the dates of September 5 – September 6 – September 7, 2025.
You can apply for the Module Exam between the dates of July 16, 2025 and August 12, 2025.http://shy66.kapadokya.edu.tr/web  on our page.
Applications made after 23:59 on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 will not be accepted.
In order to complete your application process, you must apply for the exam through the relevant website and deposit the exam fee into your  KAPPADOCIA UNIVERSITY  account. Your application process will not be completed by simply depositing the money or applying through the system.
The number of candidates who can take the exam in one session is limited to 200 at our Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen campus, and to 30 at our Antalya campus. For this reason, if there are more than 200 applications for a module exam at our Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen campus, or more than 30 applications for a module exam at our Antalya campus, the first 200 applicants from the Istanbul campus and the first 30 applicants from the Antalya campus may take the exam on the announced exam date. The other applicants may take the exam at different times and dates. The announcement will be made to the candidates personally by our organization. The ranking will be based on the candidates' system application date and time.

Important Notes:

• Our module exam fee is 800 TL including VAT. A 50% discount is available for KÜN students and graduates at 400 TL including VAT. If the VAT rate changes, candidates are responsible for paying the difference.
• Candidates must deposit their exam fee to CAPPADOCIA UNIVERSITY Garanti Bank Ürgüp Branch, IBAN: TR10 0006 2001 0410 0006 2980 08 (Only the name and surname of the candidate participating in the exam should be written in the description section.) by the announced application deadline. The account recipient must enter "Cappadocia University" in their name.

• Exam candidates may request a refund of their exam fees or request that they be used for the next exam schedule. The announcement and application requirements for this matter have been published at shy66.kapadokya.edu.tr.
• Requests for a refund or offset must be submitted through the system no later than 11:59 PM on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. August 13, 2025 . Requests made after this date will not be accepted.
• Detailed information about objections to exam results is available at shy66.kapadokya.edu.tr, and the procedure for objections is detailed on the relevant page. • Candidates will be able to obtain their certificates for the modules they have successfully completed through the system.
• Candidates will be able to receive their certificates starting on October 11, 2025 . After logging into the system, you can access your certificate by following the "My Documents" tab in the "Candidate Transactions" menu.

• The language of the module exams administered by our university is Turkish. (However, every question in the exams has been prepared using the TTS (Total Training Support) document as reference, and our university cannot provide candidates with a Turkish study document.)

EXAM RULES

All exam participants must;

1. Be present at the exam center at the specified time on the exam day, have a photo ID with them, and present it to the exam evaluation committee upon request.
2. The exam is taken in civilian clothes. Assistance during the exam with any tools or equipment used for the job may be used; No items such as draft paper, books or documents related to the exam topics, rulers, calculators or functional watches, cell phones, programmable computers, etc. are allowed in the exam hall.
3. During the exam, talking to or asking questions of invigilators or other candidates is prohibited.Exchanging information, exchanging erasers or pencils, writing down questions before leaving the room, smoking, and making noises that may disturb others are prohibited.
4. Candidates who are more than fifteen minutes late for the exam will not be admitted. Candidates may not leave the exam hall within the first fifteen minutes of the exam starting.
5. A cheating report will be kept for any candidate or candidates who attempt to cheat or are caught cheating during any exam, and their exam will be deemed invalid. These cheating reports will be reported to the SHGM within three business days. These candidates will not be allowed to take any exams for twelve months from the exam date on which cheating was detected.
6. Even if one of the last two candidates remaining in the exam hall finishes their exam, they may not leave the exam hall until the other candidate finishes their exam or until the end of the exam period. The exam will be completed with at least two other students.
7. It is mandatory for them to bring their own stationery for the exam.
