2025-2026 Academic Year Spring Semester Exemption Exams Announcement
The spring semester of 2025-2026 academic year associate and undergraduate department/programs exemption exams (Except Preparatory Classes) will be held face-to-face in Mustafapaşa, Ürgüp and Istanbul campuses between 23-26 February 2026.
Applications will be received online between 18-19 February 2026. Our students who want to apply for exams must apply by logging in at register.kapadokya.edu.tr For online applications, be sure to take a screenshot with the date and time and store it in your email. You may be asked to submit it before the exam. Students who do not submit a screenshot, although they state that they have submitted an application, will not be taken for the exam

Terms of Application by Email
(It is important that our students who will apply by e-mail read the following information carefully. Applications will be considered invalid if a different request is made at this address.)
- Applications are accepted in one way. All applications will be considered invalid if students who apply online also submit an application by email.
- Students who have never taken the courses listed above, or who have not taken the courses listed above, cannot apply online or who do not come across them, although there is a course they can choose, can apply by e-mail.
- Applications via email will be received at muafiyet@kapadokya.edu.tr by 17:00 on Thursday, February 19, 2026.
- Applications made outside the specified dates and times will not be accepted.
- Please do not apply by email for courses that are not included in the course list above.
- Do not apply for an exemption exam for the courses listed above but which have been successfully passed (except those that have been conditionally passed).
- Do not apply for an exemption exam for the transfer of previously received and successfully completed courses from another higher education institution.
- The exemption exam is not a mandatory exam. No application for the excuse exam of the exemption exam is accepted or the excuse exam for the exemption exam is not conducted.
- Please submit your request once and from a single account. (No confirmation email or reply will be sent to you regarding your email. If you experience a problem, you may be asked to submit the email you sent before the exam, please do not delete it.)
- Simply copy, paste and fill out the template below to apply by email. Texts written in the email body are not read.
