You can apply for the Module Exam between April 24, 2025 and May 12, 2025 on our web page http://shy66.kapadokya.edu.tr/.
Applications made after 23:59 on Monday, May 12, 2025 will not be accepted.
In order to complete your application process, you must apply for the exam on the relevant website and deposit the exam fee to the CAPPADOCIA UNIVERSITY account. Your application process is not completed by simply depositing money or applying for the exam through the system.
The number of candidates who can take the exam in a session is limited to 200 at our Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen campus, and to 30 at our Antalya campus. For this reason, if there are more than 200 applications for a module exam at our Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen campus and more than 30 applications for a module exam at our Antalya campus, the first 200 applicants from the Istanbul campus and the first 30 applicants from the Antalya campus will be allowed to take the exam on the announced exam date. The other applicants may take the exam at different times and dates. The announcement will be made to the candidates personally by our organization. The ranking will be based on the candidates' system application date and time.
Important Notes:
Our module exam fee is 800 TL including VAT. A 50% discount is 400 TL including VAT for KÜN students and graduates. If the VAT rate changes, candidates are responsible for paying the difference.
Candidates must deposit the exam fee to CAPPADOCIA UNIVERSITY Garanti Bank Ürgüp Branch, IBAN: TR10 0006 2001 0410 0006 2980 08 (Only the name and surname of the candidate participating in the exam should be written in the description section.) by the announced application deadline. The recipient's name must be "Cappadocia University."

Exam results will be announced at shy66.kapadokya.edu.tr on June 22, 2025 at the latest.
Exam candidates can request a refund of their paid exam fees or request that they be used in the next exam schedule. Announcements and application conditions regarding this matter have been published at shy66.kapadokya.edu.tr.
Refund or offset requests must be submitted through the system by 23:59 on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at the latest. Requests made after this date will not be accepted.
Detailed information about objections to exam results can be found at shy66.kapadokya.edu.tr, and the procedure to be followed in case of an objection is detailed on the relevant page. Candidates will be able to obtain their certificates for the modules they passed through the system.
Candidates will be able to receive their certificates starting July 6, 2025. After logging into the system, you can access your certificate by following the "My Documents" tab in the "Candidate Transactions" menu.

The language of the module exams administered by our university is Turkish. (However, every question in the exam is prepared using the TTS (Total Training Support) document as a reference, and our university cannot provide candidates with a Turkish study document.)
EXAM RULES
All exam participants must;
Be present at the exam center at the specified time on the exam day, carry a photo ID, and present it to the exam evaluation committee upon request.
The exam is taken in civilian clothes. No items that may be used for the purpose of the job, such as draft paper, books or documents related to the exam topics, rulers, calculators or functional watches, cell phones, programmable computers, etc., may be brought into the exam hall.
During the exam, talking with invigilators and other candidates, asking questions, exchanging information, exchanging erasers or pencils, writing down questions and leaving the room, smoking, or making noises that may disturb others are prohibited.
Candidates who are more than fifteen minutes late will not be admitted to the exam. Candidates may not leave the examination hall within the first fifteen minutes after the examination begins.
A cheating report will be kept for any candidate or candidates who attempt to cheat or are caught cheating during any examination, and their exam will be deemed invalid. These cheating reports will be reported to the SHGM within three business days. These candidates will be exempt from any cheating for twelve months from the examination day on which the cheating was detected.
Even if one of the last two candidates remaining in the exam hall finishes his/her exam, he/she cannot leave the exam hall until the other candidate finishes his/her exam or until the end of the exam period, and the exam is completed with at least two students.
It is mandatory to bring the stationery that they will use during the exam.
