The deadline for submitting acceptance letters for students selected as grantees under the 2025 Summer Erasmus+ Internship Mobility (Project No: 2024-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000123456) has been extended.

The deadline, previously announced as May 16, 2025, has been extended to the end of business hours on Friday, May 30, 2025, to support our students in completing the process of obtaining letters from their internship providers. Students who fail to submit their acceptance letters by this date will have their mobility rights revoked, and substitute candidates will be placed in their place.

The letter must be on the official letterhead of the institution where the internship will be held, signed by an authorized person, and, if possible, stamped. The acceptance letter must clearly state the internship date range, weekly working hours, and job description.
