ANNOUNCEMENT OF PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT FOR POSITIONS OTHER TEACHING STAFF
The units of our university specified in the table below will be recruited in accordance with the relevant articles of the Higher Education Law No. 2547 and the relevant articles of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding Central Examination and Entrance Exams to be Applied in Appointments to Academic Staff Positions Other than Academic Staff. Applicants must meet the requirements and complete the requested documents stipulated in the “Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding Central Examination and Entrance Exams to be Applied in Appointments to Academic Staff Positions Other than Academic Staff” published in the Official Gazette dated 09.11.2018 and numbered 30590. Applications can be made in person or by mail. Applications sent via e-mail will not be accepted. A person cannot apply for more than one position.

Required documents for the lecturer position;

• Application form (Including the department name, announcement date, correspondence address, and telephone number)
• Application form (Available on our university website),
• ALES score document,
• Service document and appointment approval letter from the higher education institution where the ALES exemption is received,
• Higher Education A document proving that the applicant has received an equivalent score from a foreign language exam accepted by the Board and/or an exam of recognized equivalence,
• Photocopy of ID Card,
• CV,
• Document proving discharge, deferment, or exemption from military service for male candidates,
• Undergraduate/Graduate Certificates (certified document or available through e-Government),
• Undergraduate transcript (certified document or available through e-Government),
• Two photographs taken within the last six months,
• Proof of postgraduate education (certified document or available through e-Government),
• Document proving that undergraduate graduates have 2 (two) years of work experience in their field (positions requiring experience (For) After undergraduate graduation, a certified service record from the Social Security Institution (SGK) must be attached for the job. If the application is not completed within the specified period, the application will not be accepted.)
• Criminal record (can be obtained through e-Government.)

 
NOTE:
Graduation documents, transcripts, and military service documents that cannot be obtained through e-Government must be originals or officially certified copies, and diplomas obtained from foreign countries must be a certified copy of an equivalence certificate approved by the Council of Higher Education.

• If the applicants' conditions are later determined to be unsuitable, their appointments will not be made, or if they have been made, their appointments will be canceled. By applying, the applicant is deemed to have accepted this condition.
• The preliminary evaluation and assessment results will be published on our university website (www.kapadokya.edu.tr) and serve as notification. No separate notification will be made.
• Candidates may apply to a single position announcement. Applications from candidates applying to more than one position will not be considered (in the case of multiple position announcements).
• Applications submitted by mail must reach the specified address by the deadline. Our University is not responsible for postal delays. Applications must be submitted to the  Mustafapaşa  campus.
