2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Semester Central Placement, Inter-Institutional Placement, and Intra-Institutional Transfer Application Results and Registration Procedures

The final registration procedures for students who applied for horizontal transfer for the 2025-2026 academic year fall semester will be completed online between September 8-13, 2025. will be held.

Final Registration Documents

• Scanned copy of Turkish ID card
• Passport photo
• ÖSYM exam result document
• ÖSYM placement result document
• Original high school diploma or barcoded high school graduation certificate obtained through e-government
• Approved transcript
• Approved course content
• Student certificate
• Disciplinary certificate
• Proof of payment
• Document proving that there is no obstacle to transfer (For those who have applied from universities other than KÜN)
• Health report (for aviation departments)

Those who provide original documents in the application will be required to resubmit the original documents in the final registration. .

The following additional documents are required during registration for the programs listed below.
Additional Documents Required for Registration by Program
- Additional documents required to register for the Aviation Management and Civil Air Transportation Operations Program:

• A medical report from a fully equipped hospital, issued within the last 6 months, confirming that the applicant has no health problems that would prevent him/her from performing his/her profession and/or duties (hearing loss/deficiency, vision loss/deficiency, etc.). *

• Criminal Record and Criminal Archive Record Certificate

- Additional documents required for registration in the Flight Operations Manager Program:

• Criminal Record Certificate, Criminal Record and Criminal Archive Record Certificate

• A medical report to perform the duties of a Flight Operations Specialist (For health institutions authorized by the SHGM, click.)

- Required documents for registration in the Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program Additional documents:

• Criminal Record Certificate, Criminal Record and Criminal Record Archive Record Certificate

• Flight fitness report (For health institutions authorized by the SHGM, click.)*

- Additional documents required for registration in the Aircraft Technology, Aviation Electrics and Electronics, Airframe and Engine Maintenance Program:

• A medical report from a fully equipped hospital, issued within the last 6 months, stating that there are no health problems that would prevent the performance of the profession and/or the duties assigned to the profession. (color blindness, hearing loss/deficiency, vision loss/deficiency, etc.). *

• Criminal Record and Criminal Record Archive Record Certificate

*Students who cannot obtain the required Health Report for Aviation department/program registration within the registration period must submit the "Health Report Undertaking Form" in place of the health report. Click here to download the form.to download the form.
