(Considering that it would be more beneficial for students to start their education at the higher education institutions they were placed in according to their preferences, go through the adaptation process to the relevant higher education program and higher education institution, and then apply for transfer to other higher education programs in accordance with the logic of the horizontal transfer process, students who registered and were placed in the ÖSYS/YKS/ÖZYES exam in the relevant year have the right to apply during the procedures to be carried out in the following semester/year.)

From kısım 5 after virgül If there are threeks, the next integer is completed to the lower integer, and if it is 5 and above, oneus is completed to the next integer. Örneğin; While the additional article 1 quota of a program with a DGS quota of 2 is 1, the additional article 1 quota of a program with a DGS quota of 5 is from 1.5 to 2. (This is determined as follows.)

  1. If students in intermediate grades apply to a higher education program, and no students are admitted according to the ÖSYS/YKS/ÖZYES guide for the year of application, the quota for the program applied for will be taken into account, as specified in the ÖSYM guide for the year the student is enrolled in the program.
  2. "Universities are not required to announce a separate quota. Applications will be accepted from August 1st to August 15th each year before the start of the academic year. If the number of applicants exceeds the quota, The registration of candidates up to the quota is limited, starting with the candidate with the highest ÖSYM score.
  4. In associate degree programs, if the quota is filled in the relevant year through exam-free transfer, only those who apply for exam-free transfer will be prioritized. If the quota is not filled through exam-free transfer and students are admitted based on ÖSYS/YKS/ÖZYES scores, priority will be given to students who meet the requirements for exam-free transfer, and other candidates will be ranked based on their ÖSYS/YKS/ÖZYES scores.
  5. DGS scores can only be used to apply to higher education undergraduate programs that allow for associate degree programs defined in the DGS Guidelines. Candidates must have the program's DGS score for the relevant year, and students cannot apply to that program if no students were admitted through the DGS in the relevant year.
  6. M.T.O.K.
