The final registration process for students applying for horizontal transfer for the fall semester of the 2025-2026 academic year will be conducted online between September 8-13, 2025.
Final Registration Documents
**Those who submit the original documents during the application do not need to submit them again during final registration.
During registration for the programs listed below, the following documents must be submitted as specified below. Additional documents are required.

*Students who cannot obtain the required Health Report for Aviation department/program registration within the registration period must submit the "Health Report Undertaking Form" in place of the health report. To download the form, click here. click.
Registration Stages
Declaration forms are approved. The information is saved. After the information is saved, the survey form that appears on the screen is filled out. Complete the survey.After the survey is sent, click the active "Send Survey" button.
In the new window that opens, enter your "Turkish Republic Identification Number" and "Student Number." Click the "Send Verification Code" button to access the payment page using the code sent to the phone/email address you previously registered.
On the screen that opens, select the appropriate payment type. Click the "Redirect to Payment" button to access the "Card Information" window. After completing the required information on this page, click the "Pay" button to complete the payment process.
Payment System Options
Cash Payment: The amount shown in the Money Order/EFT line on the "Student Payment System" page will be transferred to the IBAN on the same line, along with the recipient's name and description.
Students making a cash payment via Bank Transfer/EFT must log in to kayit.kapadokya.edu.tr and upload their receipts to the appropriate area. The payment confirmation and approval process will be completed within 24 hours at the latest.
Credit Card Single Payment: Click the "Select" button in the "Credit Card Single Payment" row. The "Redirect to Payment" button at the bottom will access the "Card Information" window. After filling in the required information on this page, click the "Pay" button to complete the payment.
Credit Card Installment Payment: (only for participating bank cards**) Click the "Select" button in the "Credit Card Installment Payment in 5 or 10 Installments" row. Click the "Redirect to Payment" button at the bottom to access the "Card Information" window. After filling in the required information on this page, click the "Pay" button to complete the payment.
Credit Mail Order: Click the "Select" button in the "Credit Card Mail Order 10 Installments" row. Click the "Redirect to Payment" button at the bottom to access the "Card Information" window. After completing the required information on this page, click the "Pay" button to complete the payment process.
