Registration for the 2025–2026 academic year has begun! The registration calendar and requirements for associate/undergraduate students have been announced. For full details and the application process, please review the announcement.
We congratulate all our students who have been placed at our university.
Students who are eligible to enroll at our university can register through e-government or remotely. In-person registration is not preferred. However, those who wish to enroll in-person must make a registration appointment in advance. Prospective students who do not have an appointment will not be able to register, even if they come for in-person registration.
Our university staff will call you regarding your registration appointment and the registration process and inform you about the process. If you cannot contact our university by September 2, 2025, you can send an email including your phone number to kayit@kapadokya.edu.tr or call 0384 353 50 09 and press "1" for information.
Registration Dates
Registration via e-government will be processed between September 1 and 3, 2025. Remote registration will be held between September 1 and 5, 2025.
Millî Eğitim Candidates who cannot obtain high school graduation information from the Ministry cannot register via e-Government due to systemic reasons. In this case, prospective students are advised to use the remote registration method for their registration.
Registration via e-Government will be conducted between September 1 and 3, 2025. Candidates who have been placed at our university and are eligible to register via e-Government can complete their registration through the Council of Higher Education Presidency by logging into www.turkiye.gov.tr with their e-Government passwords. The following steps must be followed for electronic registration.
1. Step 1: The “Student Information Form” at the address < ... The requested documents are uploaded to the system in the following line.
Declaration forms are approved. The information is saved. After the saved information is entered, the survey form that appears on the screen is filled out. After completing the survey, the active "Send Survey" button is clicked.
Step 2
After submitting the survey, you will be redirected to odeme.kapadokya.edu.tr via the "Payment/Financial Registration" button in the window that opens.
Students with a full scholarship must also complete this step.
In the new window that opens, enter your "Turkish Republic ID Number" and "Student Number." Click the "Send Verification Code" button to access the payment page using the code sent to the phone/email address you previously registered.
On the screen that opens, select the appropriate payment type. Click "Redirect to Payment" butClick on it to access the "Card Information" window. After completing the required information on this page, click the "Pay" button to complete the payment process.
Step 3
Once the registration documents are checked, financial registration procedures are completed, and approved (these processes can be followed at kayit.kapadokya.edu.tr), the candidate's e-government registration will be activated within 24 hours. After the approval phase, the candidate can log in to www.turkiye.gov.tr with their e-government password and complete the registration process at the Council of Higher Education Presidency.
Step 4 Step
Student ID cards for prospective students who have completed the electronic registration process via e-government can be collected from the Student Affairs Office after submitting their original high school diploma or a barcoded high school graduation certificate obtained via e-government.
Tourist Guiding (Distance Education) and Computer Programming (Distance Education) program students must submit the documents listed under "Documents Required for Registration" to our university in person or by courier/mail by the end of business hours on Friday, September 26, 2025. Your student ID cards will be sent to you once the original documents arrive at our university. The mailing address is provided below.

kayit.kapadokya.edu.tr (will be active on September 1st) The "Student Information Form" at the address must be filled out. The information in the form must be checked and, if necessary, corrections must be made before saving. Students entering the form for the first time can access the form from the "New User Registration" tab, while students who have logged in before can access the form from the "User Login" tab. The "Student Number" and "Date of Birth" fields must be entered in the student information form. The student number can be found in the "Learn My Student Number" tab using the Turkish ID number, father's name, and verification code. The mobile number must be entered in the contact information tab, SMS verification must be performed, and the confirmation code received must be entered in the relevant tab. In the registration type section, the registration method (e-government registration or remote/face-to-face registration) must be selected. The following subsection will open. The requested documents are uploaded to the system on the next line.

In the new window that opens, enter your "T.R. After entering your "ID Number" and "Student Number," click the "Send Verification Code" button to access the payment page using the code sent to your previously registered phone/email address.
On the screen that opens, select the appropriate payment type. Click the "Redirect to Payment" button to access the "Card Information" window. After filling in the required information on this page, click the "Pay" button to complete the payment process.
Step 3
After registration documents are reviewed, financial registration procedures are completed and approved (these processes can be followed at kayit.kapadokya.edu.tr), the candidate's registration will be confirmed within 24 hours.

Cash Payment: The amount displayed in the Money Order/EFT line on the "Student Payment System" page is the amount displayed in the same line. It is sent to the IBAN with the recipient's name and description.
Students making a cash payment via Bank Transfer/EFT must log in to kayit.kapadokya.edu.tr and upload their receipts to the appropriate area. Payment confirmation and approval procedures are completed within 24 hours, and approval is granted.
Credit Card Single Payment: Click the "Select" button in the "Credit Card Single Payment" line. The "Redirect to Payment" button at the bottom will access the "Card Information" window. After completing the required information on this page, click the "Pay" button to complete the payment process.
Credit Card Installment: (only for participating bank cards**) Click the "Select" button in the "Credit Card Installment 5 or 10 Installments" row. The "Redirect to Payment" button at the bottom will access the "Card Information" window. After completing the required information on this page, click the "Pay" button.
