2025-2026 Academic Year DGS Registration Procedures

Students placed at our university can register via e-government or remotely. An appointment is required for in-person registration; no walk-ins will be accepted.

We congratulate all our students who have been placed in our university. 

Students who are eligible to enroll in our university can register via e-government or remote registration. In-person registration is not preferred. However, those wishing to register in person must make a registration appointment in advance. Prospective students who do not have an appointment will not be able to register, even if they come in person. 

Our university staff will contact you regarding your registration appointment and the registration process and provide information about the process. If you cannot contact our university by September 13, 2025, you can send an email including your phone number to kayit@kapadokya.edu.tr or call 0384 353 50 09 and press "1" for information. 

 

Registration Dates 

Registration via e-Government will be conducted between September 11-15, 2025; remote registration will be conducted between September 11-17, 2025. 

 

Registration via e-Government 

Candidates whose high school graduation information cannot be obtained from the Ministry of National Education cannot register via e-Government due to systemic reasons. In this case, prospective students are advised to use the remote registration method for their registration. 

Registrations via e-Government will be made between September 11 - 15, 2025.Candidates who have been placed in our university and have the right to register and wish to register via e-Government, can register via e-Government. 

  1. Step
    kayit.kapadokya.edu.tr(Active on September 11th) The "Student Information Form" must be filled out. The information in the form must be checked and, if necessary, corrected before being saved. Students entering the form for the first time can access the form from the "New User Registration" tab, while students who have logged in before can access the form from the "User Login" tab. "Student Number" and "Date of Birth" should be entered in the student information form field. Student number can be found in the "Learn My Student Number" tab using the Turkish ID number, father's name, and verification code. Mobile number should be entered in the contact information tab, SMS verification should be made, and the received confirmation code should be entered in the relevant tab. The requested documents are uploaded to the system in the following line.

Declaration forms are approved. The information is recorded. After the recorded information is entered, the survey form that appears on the screen is filled out. After completing the survey, click the active "Send Survey" button. 

  1. Step
    After submitting the survey, you will be directed to the "Payment/Financial Registration" button (odeme.kapadokya.edu.tr address) in the window that opens.
    Students with a full scholarship must also complete this step. 

After entering your "Turkish Republic ID Number" and "Student Number" in the new window that opens, click the "Send Verification Code" button to access the payment page using the code sent to the phone/email address you previously registered. 

On the screen that opens, select the appropriate payment type. Click the "Redirect to Payment" button to access the "Card Information" window. After completing the required information on this page, click the "Pay" button to complete the payment process. 

  1. Step
    After the registration documents are checked and the financial registration process is completed and approved (these processes can be followed at kayit.kapadokya.edu.tr), the candidate's e-government registration will be activated within 24 hours. After the approval phase, registration can be completed at the Council of Higher Education by logging in to the addresswww.turkiye.gov.trusing the e-government password.
  2. Stage
    Student ID cards of prospective students who have completed the electronic registration process via e-government can be collected from the Student Affairs Office after submitting the original copy of their associate degree diploma or a barcoded high school graduation certificate obtained via e-government.

Remote Registration Procedures 

  1. Stage
    kayit.kapadokya.edu.tr (will be active on September 11) The "Student Information Form" at the address must be filled out.     After the survey is submitted, you will be directed to the "Payment/Financial Registration" button in the window that opens (odeme.kapadokya.edu.tr address).
    Students with a full scholarship must also complete this step. 

In the new window that opens, enter your "TR ID Number" and "Student Number" and click the "Send Verification Code" button. Payment will be made using the code sent to your previously registered phone/email address. page is accessed. 

On the screen that opens, select the appropriate payment type. Click the "Redirect to Payment" button to access the "Card Information" window. After completing the required information on this page, click the "Pay" button to complete the payment process. 

  1. Stage
    After the registration documents are checked and the financial registration procedures are completed and approved (these processes can be followed atkayit.kapadokya.edu.tr), the candidate's registration will be confirmed within 24 hours.

Student ID cards for prospective students who have completed their registration via the remote registration option can be collected from the Student Affairs Office after submitting their original copy of their Associate Degree diploma or a barcoded high school graduation certificate obtained through e-government.

Face-to-face Registration Procedures 

Those who wish to register face-to-face must make a registration appointment in advance. Student candidates who do not have an appointment will be registered if they come for in-person registration. If there are any gaps, their registration will be accepted. 

Candidates who wish to register in-person must complete all steps under the "Remote Registration Procedures" section before registering. 

 

Required Documents for Registration 

  • The original copy of the associate degree diploma or the barcoded temporary graduation certificate obtained via e-government document 
  • Bank receipt or credit card payment document where the payment was made 
  • Certified transcript 
  • Approved course contents 

The following additional documents are required for registration in the programs listed below.

- Additional documents required for registration in the Aviation Management, Aviation Electrics and Electronics, Airframe and Engine Maintenance Program: 

  • To obtain a medical report from a fully equipped hospital within the last 6 months stating that there is no health problem that would prevent the performance of the profession and/or the duties assigned to the profession (hearing loss/deficiency, vision loss/deficiency, etc.).* 
  • Criminal Record Record and Criminal Record Archive Record Document 

*Students who cannot obtain the required Health Report for Aviation department/program registration within the registration period must submit the "Health Report Undertaking Form" instead of the health report. To download the formclick. 

  

Payment System Options 

Cash Payment:The option shown in the Money Order/EFT line on the "Student Payment System" page The amount is sent to the IBAN on the same line, along with the recipient's name and description. 

Students making a cash payment via Bank Transfer/EFT must log in tokayit.kapadokya.edu.tr and upload their receipts to the appropriate area. Payment confirmation and approval processes are completed and approved within 24 hours at the latest. 

Credit Card Single Payment:Click the "Select" button in the "Credit Card Single Payment" line. Click the "Redirect to Payment" button at the bottom to access the "Card Information" window. After filling in the required information on this page, click the "Pay" button to complete the payment. 

Credit Card Installment:(only for participating bank cards**) Click the "Select" button in the "Credit Card Installment 5 or 10 Installments" row. Click the "Redirect to Payment" button at the bottom to access the "Card Information" window. After completing the required information on this page, click the "Pay" button to complete the payment process. 

Credit Mail Order:Click the "Select" button in the "Credit Card Mail Order 10 Installments" row. The "Card Information" window is accessed by clicking the "Redirect to Payment" button at the bottom. After completing the required information on this page, click the "Pay" button to complete the payment process.
