At Cappadocia University, various councils and committees have been established to ensure that academic and administrative processes are carried out in a sound and effective manner. These structures are not only governance tools but also reflections of an institutional culture based on participation and quality.
Operating in areas such as strategic planning, academic evaluation, ethical principles, quality assurance processes, social activities, sustainability, and many more, these councils and committees function in accordance with the relevant regulations and internal directives of the university. Each of them makes decisions aligned with the goals and vision of our university, guiding implementations accordingly.
Our university adopts a student-centered approach in the functioning of these structures and emphasizes the participation of different student representatives, particularly the Student Council, in the process. Our students play an active role not only in shaping educational processes but also in the overall university life, directly communicating their suggestions, needs, and expectations to the relevant councils.
Our participatory governance approach contributes to the sustainable development of our university while serving our goal of creating a dynamic and inclusive academic environment that hears the voices of all stakeholders. Thanks to this approach, our university continues its journey with a contemporary, transparent, and continuously evolving governance model.
