Emergency Medical Technicians are healthcare technicians authorized to intervene in emergency medical care and pre-hospital emergency health services. They provide the most appropriate emergency response in line with ethical principles and ensure the safe transport of patients.
At Cappadocia Vocational School's Emergency and First Aid Program, students preparing to become emergency medical technicians study in an environment where academic knowledge is delivered by field experts. School laboratories, training ambulances, hospital emergency departments, and central 112 stations are fully utilized to provide practice-oriented education. This hands-on approach ensures high-quality services in the field and makes it easier for graduates to find employment.
Graduates of the Emergency and First Aid Program work as emergency medical technicians (paramedics) in 112 centers and stations, hospitals providing emergency and ambulance services, and National Medical Rescue Teams (UMKE). They are essential elements of emergency healthcare services.
