The 2025-2026 academic year fall semester associate and undergraduate department/program exemption exams (Excluding Preparatory Classes) will be held face-to-face between October 7-11, 2025, at the Mustafapaşa, Ürgüp, and Istanbul campuses.
Applications will be accepted online between September 25-27, 2025. Students who wish to apply for the exams must log in and apply at kayit.kapadokya.edu.tr. For online applications, be sure to take a screenshot with the date and time and save it in your email. You may be asked to submit it before the exam. Students who fail to submit a screenshot, despite stating that they have applied, will not be admitted to the exam.

The requirements for students applying by email are as follows:

- Applications are accepted through a single channel. Students who apply online will be deemed invalid if they also apply by email.
- Students who have never taken the courses listed above, or who have previously taken them but failed, cannot apply online, or have courses to choose from but cannot attend, can apply by email.
- Applications via email will be accepted between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at muafiyet@kapadokya.edu.tr.
- Applications submitted outside the specified dates and times will not be accepted.
- Not included in the course list above. Do not apply by email for courses not available.
- Do not apply for an exemption exam for courses listed above that you have successfully passed (except for those conditionally passed).
- Do not apply for an exemption exam to transfer courses previously taken and successfully passed at another higher education institution.
- The exemption exam is not mandatory. No make-up exams are accepted or administered.
- Please submit your request once and from a single account. (No confirmation email or reply will be sent to you regarding your email address. If you experience any problems, you may be asked to submit the email you sent before the exam; please do not delete it.)

- Students who do not apply or do not have their student ID with them will not be admitted to the exam.
