Exemption exams for students graduating in the 2024-2025 summer semester will be held face-to-face on the campus where they are registered on July 9-12, 2025 (except for distance programs).
Exemption exams for students graduating from associate and undergraduate programs in the summer semester of the 2024-2025 academic year will be held face-to-face at the Nevşehir and Istanbul campuses between July 9-12, 2025. All students can take the exam at the campus of their registered department/program (except for distance programs).
Applications will be accepted online between July 2-3, 2025. Students who wish to apply for the exams must log in to obs.kapadokya.edu.tr with their username and password. Then, under the "My Courses" menu, click "Add New Request" on the "Exemption Course Application" screen. Select the courses they will take the exams and click "Save." Distance Learning Program students must choose a campus.

For online applications, be sure to take a screenshot with the date and time and save it in your email. You may be asked to submit it before the exam. Students who claim to have applied but fail to submit a screenshot will not be admitted to the exam.

Applications submitted outside the specified dates and times will not be accepted.
Do not apply by email for courses not listed above.
Do not apply for exemption exams for courses listed above but for which you have successfully passed.
Do not apply for the exemption exam to transfer courses previously taken and successfully passed at another higher education institution.
The exemption exam is not a mandatory exam. No make-up exam applications or make-up exams will be administered for the exemption exam.
Students who do not apply or do not have their student ID with them will not be admitted to the exam.
Exemption applications from students in intermediate grades (not graduating) will not be accepted.
