As Cappadocia University, thanks to the significant progress we have made in vocational education, the collaborations we have established with the sector, and good practice examples, the ability of our students to find employment after graduation and step into a solid future without losing time has been the main measure of our success.

We carry out coordinated work with guidance counselors working in various provinces of Turkey. From time to time, we organize joint workshops and information-sharing meetings about preferences under the name of “Guidance Counselors Meetings.” We also provide logistical and technical support for trips to Cappadocia and visits to our university.

In addition, in certain major provinces of Turkey, we give seminars on “Right Choice and Future Professions” for secondary school students, and we organize certified coaching trainings—both online and face-to-face—on topics related to guidance and psychological counseling, such as mastering effective study methods, gaining sustainable motivation, having superior attention skills, coping with exam anxiety, and having sufficient knowledge in career and profession choices.
