SİA, an innovation agency working for social benefit, was established in October 2020 in cooperation with Konya Metropolitan Municipality and Necmettin Erbakan University. It is an exemplary model for the world in the field of social innovation.
Operating in areas such as data-driven policy production, urbanism and planning, impact and development, SIA aims to produce lasting and innovative solutions to social problems. Through social impact studies, it develops guidelines for the effective use of public resources; prepares reports that offer support for “planning, accurate information and strategy” that decision makers need.
In addition, it designs skills development practices and “process innovation” programs within the scope of dissemination and capacity building of in-house innovation.
An event has been planned where we will bring our students together with the Agency Director Ali Güven.
