The presence of numerous Karamanlidika inscriptions in the Cappadocia region, where our university was founded, and the growing interest in works written in alphabets other than the Arabic script during the Ottoman period in recent years, have once again highlighted the importance of academic studies in this field.
In this context, the Congress on Turkish Texts Written in Latin, Greek, and Armenian Alphabets During the Ottoman Period will be held on June 19–20, 2025, hosted by Cappadocia University, where qualified scientific presentations on the subject will be delivered.
At our congress, studies prepared on Turkish grammar, dictionaries, literary and religious works written in Latin, Greek, Armenian, Georgian, and other alphabets in the Ottoman geography from the 15th to the 20th centuries will be presented.
We are pleased to invite all researchers and interested participants who are experts in the field to our congress.
