In this training, which is a joint activity of the Office of Career Management and Alumni Relations and our PDR unit;
Conflicts are an inevitable reality in today's work and social life. Being able to communicate effectively, understand the other side and solve problems constructively is one of the fundamental elements of both professional and personal development. This training aims to enable participants to be able to correctly analyze conflict situations, manage emotions and strengthen their empathy skills.
Within the scope of training; Definition, types and sources of conflict, Effective communication and active listening techniques, Development of empathy skills, Communication strategies with difficult people, Conflict resolution methods and practical examples issues will be addressed. At the end of the training, participants will have the opportunity to develop a more constructive, insightful and solution-oriented approach both in the business environment and in their daily lives.
Our students who participate in the training will be awarded 10 Activity Points.
