Pathology Laboratory Techniques

Pathology lab technicians are in charge of all technical services ranging from preparing body fluid samples for microscopic examination to operating necessary technological lab equipment.

We are increasingly relying on pathology diagnostics in diagnosing diseases and therefore the number of available pathology laboratories increase each day. New legal regulations introduced in 2014 made it compulsory to hold an associate degree for those who want to become a health technician.

Program alumni can find employment opportunities in medical laboratories along with hospital pathology labs, private pathology and histology labs and forensic medicine institutions.

Students who have successfully completed the program are awarded an associate degree and the title “Pathology Laboratory Technician”.

Foreign students are accepted into this programme.
