Medical Laboratory Techniques
Medical laboratory technicians work in diagnostics labs within health institutions and assist doctors in making necessary tests and analyses related to the patient’s condition. The training covers a variety of subjects such as the methods used in clinics and research laboratories and running tests.
Nearly all health institutions keep a medical laboratory. New legal regulations introduced in 2014 made it compulsory to hold an associate degree for those who want to become a health technician.
Program alumni can find employment opportunities in diagnostics labs belonging to state and private institutions.
Students who have successfully completed the program are awarded an associates degree and the title “Medical Laboratory Technician”.
Foreign students are accepted into this programme.
