MA in Aesthetic Dentistry (Non-Thesis)
Dentistry covers not only functional treatment, but also oral health and smile integrity, which have a significant impact on the patient’s facial aesthetic.
Accordingly, we need to train qualified dentists with a multidisciplinary perspective, providing them with the ability to choose treatments and materials that fit the aesthetic needs and requests of their patients.
Developments in aesthetic dentistry are not limited to porcelain and composite teeth, teeth whitening, CAD/CAM, or the selection of suitable colors, as the results affect the whole face. We are aware that aesthetic dentistry does not begin and end behind the lips, as the teeth should complement the whole face. Our goal, therefore, is to create a complete aesthetic facial picture, including both the mouth and the facial structures that frame it, through complementary cosmetic dentistry practices.
The Cappadocia University Aesthetic Dentistry Master’s Degree Program incorporates various clinical practices and theoretical studies, including a whole range of restorative treatments, and pays special attention to the oral rehabilitation of teeth and implants while teaching students new rehabilitation techniques.
The objective of this program is to alloy up-to-date and evidence-based information with practical skills, and to train solution-oriented dentists who are able to adopt and implement modern treatment approaches with the aim of enhancing and adding quality to the offered healthcare services.
