Why should I study Culinary Arts Program at Cappadocia University?

The program provides three semesters of training per year; two semesters take place at the Uçhisar Art Campus and one semester at the workplace. Workplace practices are carried out in Turkey's leading tourism businesses within the hands-on training program defined by our University. Workplace practices allow our students to gain real culinary experience while still studying, and to meet with the leading businesses and chefs in the industry. The campus has three educational kitchens, a pastry kitchen and a service application area; every student is offered the opportunity to practice at the individual workbench.

Our hands-on training is provided by our chefs who have enriched their academic education with national and international industry experience and have made a name in the field of gastronomy. Our chief trainers, who are the first graduates of Cappadocia Vocational School Culinary Arts Program, both provide high quality education to our students and become an excellent role model.

Job opportunities after graduating from Culinary Arts Program can be listed as follows: five-star hotel kitchens, high-quality restaurant kitchens, traditional restaurants, overseas jobs and paid internships, hotel - ship and ship cooks, chief operator.
