What is Student Visa?
In accordance with the article 7.1b of “the Law on Foreigners and International Protection” no.6458, foreigners wishing to enter Turkey should carry a travel document (passport) with an expiration date at least 60 days beyond the “duration of stay” of their visa, e-Visa, visa exemption, or residence permit.
All international candidate students must have obtained a Student Visa before entering Turkey for studying. Student visas must be obtained from a Turkish Consulate, generally the one nearest your place of residence. A student visa is required to register as a student in Turkey.

How can I arrive to Cappadocia University?
There are several ways to reach Cappadocia, depending on your point of departure. Cappadocia is served by two airports: Nevşehir Kapadokya Airport and Kayseri Erkilet Airport. The flight from Istanbul to Cappadocia takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, with daily direct flights available from both Istanbul Atatürk Airport and Sabiha Gökçen Airport to either of the Cappadocia airports. Reasonably priced airport shuttle services operate between both Cappadocia airports and various destinations in the region. If you have booked your accommodation in advance, the simplest option is to request an airport shuttle pickup through your school or hotel. However, be aware that some hotels may significantly increase the price of shuttle transfers. Alternatively, you can book directly with shuttle bus companies. In addition to flights, several companies operate nightly intercity bus services from cities such as Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya, and Adana to Cappadocia.
